We take pride in offering unbeatable prices on pond supplies and equipment. If you find an identical product advertised for less, we'll not only match the price but also beat it by 30%. Plus, if you discover a lower price within 10 days of your purchase, we'll refund you 130% of the difference.
Effective Date: Our current Price Match Policy went into effect on July 23, 2021.
Excluded Brands: Due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot currently price match products from Aquadyne and Solo Stove. We hope to reinstate price matching for these brands in the future.
Oversized Items: Products labeled with an oversized symbol are ineligible for price matching.
Advertised Price Definition: A verifiable price publicly available through print or electronic media. Promotional offers, rebates, and freebies are excluded.
Store Definition: A physical or online store located in the Continental USA. Auction sites are not eligible.
Identical Item Definition: The same exact model, new condition, boxed, and with a manufacturer's warranty.
Auction Sites: We do not price match items from auction sites or affiliated platforms.
Live Fish: Live fish are excluded from our price match policy.
Quantity Restrictions: We reserve the right to limit quantities for price-matched items.
Combined Offers: Our price match policy cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Loyalty Points: Price-matched items do not qualify for additional discounts or loyalty points.

Price matching is based on net prices, excluding shipping and handling fees.
We reserve the right to verify the competitor's advertised price.
We may require proof of the competitor's advertised price.
