Manually clean heavy growths of algae prior to treatment. At first sign of algae growth treat with an initial dose of 1.0 – 2.0 oz. per 1,000 gallons. To treat a freshly cleaned and filled fountain/pond, add 0.5 oz. – 1.5 oz. per 1,000 gallons. For maintenance dosages, add 0.2 – 0.5 oz. per 1,000 gallons every 5-7 days as needed. Add to area where it can be uniformly distributed.
