Japanese Trapdoor Snails

Tranquil, non-aggressive soft algae eaters that feed on the hairy algae that often grows in the spring and summer. We recommend one snail per every 20-30 gallons of water. Less expensive than chemical algaecides, they will not bother fish or plants.
